This policy explains what personal information Innovate Northeast collects, why, and the control you have over it. It follows Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Innovate Northeast operates the website at innovatenortheast.ca, where we publish independent reviews of online casinos for Canadian players. We are a publisher, not a gambling operator. We do not take deposits, hold player funds, or run any games. This policy covers information you provide to us or that we collect through this website. It does not cover the casinos we link to, which run their own privacy practices on their own sites.
We keep data collection to what the site actually needs. There are three categories.

We serve the site over an encrypted connection and apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to the limited data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we limit what we collect precisely so that there is less to protect.
This site is intended for adults of legal gambling age in their province, which is 19 in most of Canada and 18 in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec. It is not directed at anyone under 19, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the site changes or the law evolves. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be made clear on the page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
